Dallas Team

Paul | General Manager
Paul is our resident “Jacques Cousteau” and can be spotted on the high seas at least a few times per year. He’s a 7 year Fish Gallery employee and a US Navy veteran. When he’s not acting as captain of a pirate ship he enjoys designing custom aquariums and relaxing in a cabana with his heels kicked up reading a good book.

Chris | Store Manager
Chris is a native born Texan and stays true to his colors when he’s 4-wheeling with his friends and hanging out at the drag strip. He’s clocked in at over 8 years with the Fish Gallery and likes the freshwater Amphilophus festae fish – aka “Red Terror” which pretty much describes Chris!

Tom | Assistant Store Manager
Tom is our tall quiet freshwater fish and plant expert from Maui, Hawaii – you’ve got questions and he’s got answers! He’s been with the Fish Gallery for over 8 years and drag races every chance he gets. Yes, we thought the same thing… it’s always the quiet ones!

Derek | Saltwater/Inventory Manager
Derek likes expensive things; cars, paintball guns, technology, saltwater aquariums and BLING! We’re not sure what his hidden talent is but we’ve all voted BLING! That’s the most expensive right??

Keith | Freshwater/Saltwater
Keith is our adventurer and knows both freshwater and saltwater aquarium husbandry. He enjoys sports, going off road, hunting, fishing and hanging out with friends. If you ever go camping, he’s that guy that you want in your group to start the camp fire and protect you from bears!

Stephanie | Freshwater/Saltwater
Stephanie is all about balance and energy and follows the teachings of Feng shui. Her favorite fish are the Emperor angel and Starry blenny. Both are very balanced, elegant and beautiful to watch so we approve! She also enjoys creative writing and reading to relax and express herself. Good conversations abound with her and we recommend to always agree with her in a debate… just a suggestion; disagree at your own risk!

Jolee | Freshwater/Sales
Jolee enjoys the character and brilliance of African cichlids. She has many hidden talents from printmaking and ceramics to cooking and wait a minute, cooking!? Yes, Culinary art is in her bag of tricks as well (Suddenly she’s everyone’s best friend) so be sure to say hi to her when you visit!
