The Fish Gallery hosts fun and educational activities throughout the year as our way of building community and bringing new experiences with nature to our youth. When we host school field trips, birthday parties or participate in fundraising events - we know we've made a difference when children can't stop talking about the starfish they held and they tell us about sucker feet!

Birthday Parties

Have your special day under the sea at Fish Gallery! Get hands on with our touch tanks, watch a demo feeding of our large display tank, and more! Available Saturday's from 10:00am to 11:30 am Includes: - Kids Corner room for any activities - Tables, chairs and kitchen facilities (see store for details) - Freshwater and saltwater touch tanks for guests to interact with and learn about some of our aquatic animals. - Demonstration feeding on one of our large display tanks - 15% store discount for all guests - 50% deposit required to hold date - starting at $200 (Decorations, food, plates and utensils not provided.)

 

    

 

 

Coloring Contests

Designed to inspire and educate our youth throughout the year! We hold coloring contests for almost every major holiday, during our summer reading program and for special events and fundraisers. Everyone is a prize winner along with Grand Prize winners! Check out our calendar or store for details on our next contest!

 

 

 

 

Reading Programs

Available weekly every summer followed by Summer Party in August! Schools, families and other community members visit our stores for story time, fish feeding, touch tanks, coloring and prizes! Check out our calendar for dates/times of this fantastic youth activity! Rated in Houston as one of the top 100 fun things to do during the summer! Touch tanks may include: starfish, small crabs, urchins, snails, crayfish, plecostomus, frogs and turtles!

 

 

 

 

 

Field Trips

Available Monday through Friday as a no cost service to the public. Field trips include a store and animal tour throughout the freshwater and saltwater areas. Touch tanks and use of the Kids Corner room for activity or snack are also included. Must call and schedule a Field Trip appointment.

 

 

 

 

Touch Tanks

We have many opportunities to educate and share safe animals with the public. Our mermaid approved touch tanks are always a hit and may have; starfish, small crabs, urchins, snails, crayfish, plecostomus, frogs, turtles and more!

 

  

 

 

Fundraising, Community and Charity

Our team can often be seen at various fundraising events throughout the year and we donate both entire aquariums and money when we can to help those less fortunate and improve our community. Join us in our effort! We are also open to sponsorship when we can so feel free to discuss an event with Management.

 

 

 

 

 

Professional Kid Aquariums

Not your plastic Big Box Store aquarium - we use professional grade suppliers to develop "kid themed" aquariums you would be proud to have in your office, living room or kids play room. Wouldn't a two foot hand painted Black Pearl pirate ship be a great conversation piece over a small plastic toy decoration? Ask an associate for details and we can help decorate your next "ghost", "pirate" or "mermaid"  tank!

 

 

 

Holiday Parties

Yes we host holiday parties! Available for both clubs and companies seeking aquatic backdrops to their events. See store for details.
